Ursula Pachl

Ursula Pachl is a consumer and digital rights expert and advocate. For the past 14 years she was Deputy Director General at BEUC, the European Consumer Organisation where she led BEUC’s work on the Digital Single Market, consumer rights, redress and enforcement. She was also responsible for horizontal and strategic policy issues and represented BEUC in high level groups such as the European Commission’s Fit4Future platform, the stakeholder group of EU’s Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA) and the European Commission’s High Level Group for Artificial Intelligence. She had joined BEUC in 1997 as legal advisor and developed and co-ordinated BEUC’s public and private law enforcement activities.
